Werecats Monster High Meowlody & Purrsephone Wheelin' Werecats Dolls

Set of two Monster High cat fashion dolls Meowlody doesn't have her original outfit, but she has her original shoes and purrsephone in yellow.
They have both been professionally cleaned, but their hair is a victim of glue seapage. It is super tacky and stuck in place.
I know there are ways to fit this, but I dare not attempt them myself, for fear of destroying them.

There is a bit of damage in the back of the yellow helmet pictured in the last photo.
