This is an amazing 1940s faux carved jade gold tone pendant brooch. It could be gold filled or gold plated, but since I can’t find a stamp, I’m describing it as gold tone metal. It’s is very versatile and can be worn as a pendant or a brooch / pin. The carving looks like the Phoenix rising from the ashes. The pendant measures 2.5 inches and the chain is 18 inches long. There are tiny blemishes on the pendant (please the pendant close up pictures) due to its age, otherwise in great vintage condition.
