Takara Transforming Pat-chan Dress Set Transforms dry hard to find with package still. Package had been opened before.
Package has heavy yellowing,wear ,and aging. Nose on mask looks dirty . Possible apron discoloration please judge for yourself from pictures
I believe maker is Takara but hard to tell on packaging
It is rated fair due to the extensive box damage and possible dirt on nose of mask.
