This charming antique plush toy dog on wheels dates to the 1920s and features a partial tail-wagging mechanism and solid rubber wheels marked 650-15 USA. The head appears to be filled with sawdust or straw, and the metal base is marked W.H.Z. INC. PAT. PEND. He stands approx. 10 tall and 11 long. The plush shows heavy wear throughout with bald patches, exposed fabric weave, and thinning areas, especially around the neck, tail, and paws. The tail barely moves and may need internal adjustment.
