Description - Shiny and fun 2 piece set! The top is sleeveless and buttons up the back. It has a band on the bottom to keep it bloused out. The skirt is a full circle. It zips on the side. This set gives the look of a dress when worn together but would be great on their own mixed with other pieces as well. **Not pictured is a matching tie belt or it could be worn in your hair.
