RARE Vintage The House Beautiful Gardening Manual 1926 Landscape Architect Book by Fletcher Steele, LA.
This is a great collector’s piece for a steal of a price! Book is overall in very good condition for its age. There is not water damage or discoloration to the pages, that is my shadow.
Defects include:
Typical wear to outer cover. A few pages don’t seem to open as much as the rest-see pictures. Not sure if binding was re-glued before. Something is written in pencil in top corner of cover page. Pg 48 has a minor tear at the bottom. Binding of pages is loose at bottom of book. All pages are in tact but binding is especially loose in the pages center of the book. All defects noted are shown in pictures.
