Antique 21" Japanese Woman Carved Painted Wood Marionette Puppet chinese asian.
This marionette is extremely unique. Hand carved and painted. Has amazing details. Eyes move. Fingers curl. the breasts lift. Just a top specimen. Mouth moves (though very stiff fromAge?). Strings are tangled and we are confident enough to untangle without causing issues. Has some cosmetic issues (see pics). Large. Structurally sound.
