Rare to find! This jumper dress would make such a gorgeous piece for the holidays and the winter time. Made by Chaps in late 90s or early 2000s. Chaps was Ralph Lauren's more affordable diffusion line. But despite that, it has the most beautiful details that you will rarely find today! My favorite is the plaid cotton contrasting binding and the golden crown metal embossed buttons.
