Care & Cleaning
BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use a low to medium heat setting to ensure a smooth cooking experience & preserve your cookware’s coating. Avoid high heat to maintain performance & longevity.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing w/ warm, soapy water & a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.
