MOVEMENT SIGNED: Illinois Watch Co, Springfield, Illinois, The Autocrat, 17 Jewels, and 3447855. For additional markings see pictures.
CASE SIGNED: Wadsworth, Warranted 25 years, and 4416255.
I looked up the serial numbers on both the case and movement. The case is 14K gold filled and was made by Wadsworth. The movement is Illinois model 3, 12s, 17j, grade 405, nickel, and made in 1919. There were only 1000 of these movements made!
CASE CONDITION: Great shape. Nice and shiny with light signs of age only. The loop on the top rotates perfectly. The has some scuffs and is loose.
MOVEMENT CONDITION: WORKS AS SEEN IN VIDEO. The time does adjust. The clock does wind. It did stop once...so of course it is an antique though and may or may not need usual maintenance soon.
