Stunning vintage kimono in a blush pink with red and white floral and fan pattern. Forgive my deplorable lack of knowledge about kimono, but I believe from my research this is a Chu-Furisode due to its medium length sleeves. I would welcome any expert knowledge for more details. It looks and feels like silk, though it could be a very fine rayon, and the body is lined in white that also feels like silk. It does have a tsuke obi in red and a pre-tied "bow" that has wire to attach it. There are no labels or tags whatsoever.
Excellent vintage condition, a couple minor faint smudges.
Measurements taken lying flat.
I had to measure this differently as its not only open but crosses the body and as such is so very flexible size wise.
Shoulder to shoulder: About 26"
Armpit to armpit. I measured straight across the back, this is NOT doubled, just straight across: 24"
Hip: free
Shoulder to bottom hem: 60" or so.
