This is a 4th of July card that was sent to Dennis Rader which he then wrote and drew an exploding firework on. All writing on this card including the art is done by Dennis Rader ( BTK ) and initialed underneath the fire cracker. Classic raider seal on the back with General information. This was sent back to the original sender with the writing and doodles from El Dorado Correctional Facility In Kansas where Rader is housed.
