The Cynthia's Garchomp and Ho-Oh are japanese, and the front of both looks flawless, but the back of Cynthia's Garchomp has some sort of stain on the back. It is very faint and only visible under good lighting. I included a picture of it, so please base your decision off that. The Ho-Oh looks fine to me, just a few light scratches on the side at most. The reshiram is damaged. It has a ding at the top along with a slight sort of indent on the back with light whitening. All 3 of these cards are excellent binder copies.
