NWT never used small crescent. The bag itself was never worn, however there is manufacturing flaw that can be fixed. See last photo. The end of the strap was not properly stitched during the production process. It appears to have one or two stitches and was not enough to hold it in place.
It would likely be an easy fix to fold back into place and stitch.
