This is a Vintage Frankoma Dark Blue Liberty Bell Ceramic Mug. The Liberty Bell is raised off the cup. I have researched this extensively and can't find another quite like it. I asked a Frankoma group, and they thought it may be custom-made and from before 1983.
This is preloved, and I think in great condition.
Measurements: Approximately 4" H x 3.5" Diameter.
