New without the tags (NWOT), but the shirt is missing one of the grommets and cord adjusters at the turtleneck hood part; the cord is elastic and spans the entire hood area, so it still functions properly, but when you look very closely, you can see the tiny stitched hole where the other grommet once was (see last photo)
