Rare Madame Alexander restrung 8" Karen Ballerina Portrettes doll in original box. This is the 1990's replica of the original Karen Ballerina. The laces on her ballet shoes are loose.
Almost all 8-12" dolls from the 1960's to the 90's need to be restrung (even ones that have never been displayed) and if a listing doesn't indicate they have been restrung they probably have brittle or loose rubber bands.
