I really could not find much about this online. And I would like to get a friend to model it for me. I'm more of a L and have a long torso, it hit me more like a shirt, but looking at it I thought it was going to be a tunic. 28" long would mean more of a top though, it's a bit borderline! The neck design is really interesting. It has wire in it and it is somewhat malleable. The structure is unique and it has POCKETS. Really special piece.
