Insane vintage acetate duster, c. 60’s 70’s. Homemade piece, from an estate with a lot of well made seamstress pieces. Unlined, lightweight. Measurements taken with buttons looped closed but stretched open, like in the pics, but of course could be worn open as well. No condition issues to note that I could find.
