1960s wool gabardine kimono. Likely handmade. Lined with cotton fabric.
The wool has a unique floral/leaf print in salmon orange & cream colors, full length with authentic kimono sleeves. Wool is lightweight and sturdy, with no dry rot. No ties/sash.
****ISSUES****There are some small holes and worn/frayed spots on the edges, and the sleeves need to be re-stitched onto the shoulders (stitching is loose and needs mending). Inner lining has some rust (brown?) spots. Overall, this kimono is sturdy and wearable if the sleeve stitches are repaired. The fabric is in good condition. This is a unique piece for sturdy or wearing!
