Carnival glass, known for its iridescent shimmer, was a popular pressed glass tableware produced from the early 1900s to the 1930s.

Westmoreland Specialty Company, founded in 1889 in Grapeville, Pennsylvania, was a prominent American glass manufacturer. They produced a wide array of pressed glass, including popular carnival glass patterns like 'Old Quilt' or 'Checkerboard.' This pattern, characterized by its geometric hobnail design, was produced in various colors, with iridescent blues, purples, and blacks being particularly sought after by collectors.

Please be sure to review photos carefully as most of our items are vintage or antique which can result in natural patina, aging, etc.

Bribec | Industries focus on vintage and antique goods (with occasional clothing pieces). A strong value of ours is to limit the amount of items that end up in landfills/oceans. The items we choose to sell are handpicked with a focus on quality.
