Genuine Victorinox Grand Maître Santoku Knife with 7 inch blade. Though Victorinox is a Swiss company and most of their knives are made in Switzerland, this is a fully-forged knife made in Germany. It has a wood handle & a fluted or hollow-edge blade. The knife is new, without the original packaging. The blade edge is excellent & the knife has no stains, scratches, or surface wear. The handle is smooth and gorgeous. There is 1 extremely tiny pit in the blade on the side without the Victorinox logo, only about the size of the sharp end of a needle. This appears to be a very minor manufacturing flaw, cosmetic only, and it should have no effect on the function of the knife. A closeup of this spot is pictured in the last photo. Will be packed inside a Victorinox box (which came from a different, Swiss-made knife), then shipped with padding in a sturdy cardboard box.
