This unique blouse features a pleated fabric with flared sleeves and an elegant lace trim. Flexible cotton cord inside the sleeves.
Has been soaked in oxy clean to remove the yellowing of age and some rusted hook and eye closures for the sleeves were removed. I have not replaced the hooks and eyes.
