Gorgeous 1960s Kingston Knits by Cesia halter top knit maxi dress with cutout details on the chest and along the hem of the skirt.
The company is from the 1940s-70s
Excellent condition overall, it has no holes or tears. It does have two small faint stains as you can see in last two picture
