Vintage U.S. Army khaki utility shirt, marked size 16×35, featuring original shoulder patches including the "Flaming Sword and Rainbow" insignia of United States Army Europe (USAREUR). The USAREUR patch design was first authorized in 1944 (for SHAEF) and officially adopted for U.S. Army Europe in 1947. The shirt carries the FSC 8405 supply coding used for official-issue outerwear. Based on the NSN format and shirt construction, this example dates to the late 1970s to early 1980s. Measures approximately 23" pit-to-pit and 30" long with a few faint stains.
