This GE hand held video camera comes with a case, two batteries and a battery charger. It does not have the operating manual but there is probably one available for download online. This camera does power up but has not been fully tested as I do not have a film cartridge for it. The buttons all seem to be in good working order. This takes a VHS-C film cartridge. I will not guarantee this item to be in working condition.
