This is a RARE and hard-to-find 2007 Clothtique Possible Dreams “Santa’s Treats" figurine, item #800059 from Department 56.
Please note that this item has been customized with airbrushed artwork on top of the stocking (Little Miss Baby Patton). The boots have been painted and clear coated, although the clear coating on the boots has worn off in spots they don’t look bad (see pics). The belt is slightly tacky due to the clear coat. Please see pictures for details.
