As it is fastened into the box, I have investigated to try to learn the length/height and I think she is 16" tall, but, I will not accept a return due to size. It is folded and secured in the plastic ties both to the box and the covers for the hands/arms and legs. The basket and the bear are also in bags, taped to the box. This is factory packed.
