Early 1900s Navajo Turquoise Ingot Silver Signet Ring

This historic ring is an authentic example of early Diné (Navajo) silversmithing, likely dating to the early 1900s.

The ring is crafted in a classic, heavy-gauge signet style featuring a rectangular, bezel-set piece of natural Turquoise. The stone has aged beautifully, displaying a characteristic dark-green color and matrix that indicates stability and age. The side of the bezel is flanked by a traditional rope border or simple stamped design, typical of early Navajo techniques. The thick, plain shank is hand-fabricated and substantial.
This piece embodies the earliest styles of Native American jewelry made for trade.

It is a US size 8 and the band measures 3/8" wide across the face. Though unmarked, its construction, style, and silver content strongly confirm its authenticity as a collector's piece of vintage Navajo jewelry.
