The Comforter 's Fabric looks very clean. It has no signs of wear to me.
The FITTED CRIB SHEET has signs of wear and is not as bright pink as the back of the Hello Kitty Walking Her Poodle Comforter.

I didn't see any holes, tears, or noticeable stains .
The Crib Sheet is from 2008.. Fair / Good - Pre owned - Vintage Condition.
I am not exactly how to rate it..
