A photo book by French photographer François Halard, featuring photographs of the studio of Luigi Ghirri, an Italian pioneer of color photography. The book was created after Halard met Paola, Luigi Ghirri's wife, when Halard held a solo exhibition in 2011. When Halard visited Luigi Ghirri's house in a certain village in Roncocesi, Emilia-Romagna, it was like a portrait of the artist himself, and he felt that photographing it was an act of expressing the forms and atmosphere depicted in poetry through photography. At the same time, it was a way to prove how much photography could express, and to shape the space, which combines both refined beauty and everyday elements, as if feeling it with the skin. The story woven by the author through photography was a very personal exploration and at the same time a remembrance of Luigi Ghirri. His camera lens focuses on the path Luigi Ghirri walked, bringing a sense of sacredness to the room.
