・Remote control operation is without issue.

・There is noise in the left earphone, but it was not present when tested with a different pair of earphones. Therefore, the issue is with the earphones, and they are being treated as junk.

・Everything included is shown in the images. There are no other included items. Power adapter, remote control (left side has issues), earphones, and outer box.
