A valuable knit made by craftsmen in the Tohoku region, using only hand-frame (hand-flat knitting machine) knitting.
The yarn is made from carefully selected fine fibers of lamb's wool, harvested within 6 months of birth, from Merino sheep in the Gillon region of Australia, known for its high-quality wool.
The design has a relaxed fit with dropped sleeves, creating a feminine feel. This cardigan is soft to the touch and comfortable to wear.
I wore it a few times when I bought it, and then stored it flat. It has been dry cleaned.
(No smoking, no pets).
