Maple the Bear Ty Beanie Baby from 1999 McDonald’s International Bears Collection. Released in June 1999, but pulled from circulation within a week due to its planned status as a short-term McDonald’s promotion.
3 Notable Tag and Box errors:
• The copy right on the box reads 1999, while the fabric tag on the tush of the bear reads 1993.
• The date of birth (July 1, 1996) and Date Introduced (Feb. 27, 1997) are chronologically inverted.
• The location name on the back of the box incorrectly reads “Oak Brook” with a space instead of Oakbrook.
This Bear is a Vintage Item in Good Condition and Comes With Box.
