This is a necklace pendant top I obtained about 20 years ago when I was in the industry.
Stamped 925 on the back of the lid.
It is a sterling silver product.
I have polished it to the extent I could reach.
Personally, I think the patina with a good aging feel looks better as is, but if you are concerned, please soak it in a liquid.
