ECG/EKG Monitoring: This is the V19's "party trick." You touch the metal electrode on the front, and it gives you an electrocardiogram reading. It’s designed to spot things like arrhythmias or atrial fibrillation. (Just don't fire your doctor yet; it's a $40 watch, not a hospital rig).
