VTG 1970s Hong Kong JAYEM Christmas Decoration Flocked Santa Boot Centerpiece

For your consideration is this vintage Christmas Decoration produced under the brand JAYEM, manufactured in Hong Kong, and imported and distributed by J M Enterprises, Inc. of Miami Springs, Florida. Newspaper advertisements for this brand and type of item date to the late 1970s, and one dated 1976 mentions a flocked Santa Boot, but without the brand. The Santa boot is plastic with red flocking and a gold plastic piece adhered to the piece reads "Merry Christmas" in fancy cursive script. There is gold-tone paper trim around the base of the boot and one fabric covered Styrofoam gift stuck into the toe. The top is adorned with various green floral picks, two plastic candy canes, and five fabric covered Styrofoam gifts. Seller did have to re-adhere two of the presents, but used PVA water soluble glue. The boot itself measures 4.7 inches long x 2 inches wide x 6 inches tall.
