Flameless candle, glitter snow globe.
The spinning mechanism that turns the water, turns on and off intermittently while operating. This allows for the glitter flow to change movement. The spinning mechanism is noisy when spinning.

Wire for flame is loose along the side of candle.
The "flame" flickers, there's also a color changing LED at the base of the water.
DC adapter or battery operated, requires three AAA batteries, not included. Do not use batteries and the DC adapter at the same time. Remove batteries dor long term storage. Operation with batteries tested and works.
