This is a U.S. military surplus Molle2 tactical vest.
It's in the Marine Corps' coyote brown color.
The elastic bands for securing the excess webbing on the back have lost their elasticity, but otherwise, it's in clean condition with no stains or damage.
The bands are secured with silicone rings.
