3d printed Replacement Cams for a Akai X-1800SD. Cams are 3d printed out of Nylon using a industrial MJF 3d printer with a secondary bead blast process. This produces a product that is vastly superior mechanically and cosmetically to the FDM filament prints on the market today.
Cam is designed to fit snug over the shaft and includes a 304 Stainless Steel M4 set screw as standard. Minor fitting maybe needed depending on machine.
