Care Instructions: First prepare board for use by generously applying food grade mineral oil, then wiping dry. After each use, hand wash the board with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not immerse or soak bamboo in water. Occasionally re-apply mineral oil to restore luster. Not microwave-, oven-, or dishwasher-safe.
