Very collectible & Hard to Find!
Possibly by Emma Bridgewater. (Her hens appear to be smoother in style, however - many pieces the same as this were listed and sold as this brand, so perhaps this is an older style)
It is a collectible item, hand-decorated and (if it is Emma Bridgewater) it was made in England from earthenware pottery.
