In very good pre-owned/used condition. All of the plastic pieces are in excellent condition. The stickers on the boogie board and the skateboard are also in excellent condition. The sticker on the surf board is worn around the edges in a few places. The cardboard backing of the shop has been well loved, and is intact but in fair condition with lots of wear around the edges and lots of creasing. Please see photos for condition.
