This M.J. Hummel 1980 10th Annual Collector's Plate, titled "School Girl" is the perfect addition to any Hummel collection. It makes an excellent gift for any vintage Hummel collector.
The plate features a hand-painted bas-relief image of a girl with a large backpack and a basket, walking toward a schoolhouse.
It was made by W. Goebel-Porzellanfabrik in Rodental, West Germany and labeled.
The plate is the tenth issue in the annual series from artwork by Sister M.I. Hummel. It is numbered & Hand Painted.
Measurements :
- Plate is 7 1/2" diameter
The plate is pre-owned with no chips, cracks or damage. The box it comes in is worn and not in new condition, but does contain the original pamphlet / catalog as well as a fold out design of the other plates in the Hummel collection, along with the company story.
It is intended for decorative use only and NOT for eating.
