The button soft and there is no click when pressing as it should normally. It's as if there is something in the way. Cosmetically, the system is in fair/acceptable condition. Shell has have a lot of scratches around. Both screen has light scuffs and scratches. Does not include battery. Does not come with charger, stylus, games, or any accessories. Comes exactly as pictured
