T & V (short for Tressemanes & Vogt) - circa 1900.
If you look on the back of the plates you'll see "FFF" in gold, probably Fannie Finnegan's attempt to make sure her dishes stay her dishes. See the back of the cream soup bowl for her full name and date. Some of the other plates have less visible FFF.

No chips, cracks, flea bites or crazing.

Including all in one lot b/c of the FFF marked on the bottom (even faintly) on all pieces.
