A set of pewter chess pieces made in England in the 1930s. I purchased them from a British seller on eBay six years ago.
England is renowned for its pewter products, also known as British metal, and has a history of being used by royalty and nobility. This product, also made in England, is exquisitely crafted and has a substantial weight, giving it a very luxurious feel.
