Pilot PIROT Fountain Pen Maki-e

Nib Material: 14K

Believed to be manufactured in the 1950s.
It's an old item, but it's in relatively good condition because it was used with care.
I am not an expert, but the part that holds the ink may have deteriorated over time (photo 3).
I considered opening the red part, but I am selling it as is.

The photos are not clear, but the engraving "PIROT MADE IN JAPAN 14K" is on the metal part of the nib.
