This is a MONTBLANC StarWalker Carbon Ballpoint Pen.
This is a discontinued model with a beautiful coated carbon fiber layer, and the retail price was 112,200 yen.

It is a beautiful item, only used for test writing, but please refrain from purchasing if you are a perfectionist.
