This has been assumed to be the precursor to the debated released/unreleased "The Black Ripper" Film but no one knows for sure. The synopsis tells the story of a veteran detective named Jerry Broderick who takes on a new partner in search of the slasher.it appears to be different than summaries of the unconfirmed move "The Black Ripper". It is dated 1976 and there are earlier copies of Black the Ripper scripts so the mystery remains.  
What makes this so special is that I have not been able to find another copy of this after extensive research so it is a very rare horror crime screenplay. With it never having been released, there may be very few copies of this script in existence. Included is also the
